Aon are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our team in Glasgow, UK. The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for;
To generate and close new business for Aon Credit International’s Glasgow operation, covering an area including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve;
Leading the Glasgow office’s new business activity and generating a new business culture within the client management team.
Lead generation - Sources of leads;
Pipeline management.
Forecasting.
Interaction with underwriters to obtain terms.
Driving local marketing activity.
Local market planning.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As a Business Development Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Networking.
Presentation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
