Poste et missions:
Digital Marketing Manager/Executive
Objective: Manage and develop the business to business digital marketing strategy for Antycip Simulation
Working with the European Marketing Manager support the overall and local country (France, Italy and UK) marketing objectives for Antycip Simulation, with direct responsibility for the digital marketing component.
Areas of responsibility
- SEO and SEM Management: working with SEO agency, produce copy and other website elements to support website SEO, and development and implementation of a SEM programme for VR and display side of Antycip Simulation’s offering. Includes creation and actioning monthly KPI reporting, forward planning and drafting of an inhouse best practice strategy for SEO and SEM to drive sales leads.
- Website updates: keep the website updated and relevant with internal and partner news, via webpages, news items, blog articles, and SEO requirements
- Implementation and management of a French language version of website: create and populate a French language mirror of the current English language website, keeping it upto date when posting on the English language site
- Email campaigns: using Mailchimp, run regular email campaigns to increase customer engagement, through the distribution of partner product news, Antycip Simulation news, a monthly newsletter, and attendance at internal and external events. Provide regular reporting on results to local sales teams, and with insight from those results, create and document a best practice house style for email campaigns
- Development, design and implementation of a new website on a new platform – current website is built on an old platform which limits growth and efficacy of SEO activity, plus content is unwieldy and time consuming to maintain. Audit and recommend a new platform to build a new website on, source a website agency to build the new site, and work with them on design and plans to build the site in 2019
- Social Media management and expansion: Manage current social media platforms (Twitter and LinkedIn), and recommend and implement expansion to other platforms. Manage content and postings and provide monthly reporting on results.
- Management, forecasting and reporting of digital marketing budget
Working closely with the European Marketing Manager, the role also requires day to day working with internal, partner, and agency personnel, in the UK, France, Italy and the USA.
Profil:
Business to business digital marketing (website maintenance & content, SEO/SEM, email, Social Media), project management, strong interpersonal skills, English language. Sales force model for implementation. Italian language could be a plus.
