Position and Missions :
ANOTECH Energy is looking to hire a Business Manager.
You’ll be in charge of:
Sales responsibilities:
- Managing business leads in consulting with actual customers
- Closing offer deals on a service contract
- Participating to the marketing strategy
- Participating and realizing the preparation of offers, reporting ...
- Supporting the achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
- Gathering new business opportunities
Management responsibilities:
- Managing a team of consultants
- Supervising the financial status of your activity
- Organizing and coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners,
HR responsibilities:
- Playing an active consulting role to our recruitment team in order to optimize our attracting policy
- Selecting and recruiting your new consultants team
- Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
- You have a Engineer degree
- You have a track record in Business development,
- You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active,
- You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests,
- You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals,
- You speak English fluently
