Description: You will be attending to clients from all over the world for the check-ins and check-outs. If they need any information or if they have a problem, you will assist them and give them some advice.
The intern will have to know the establishment, by guiding tours and plans, to be able to offer information to the guest.
The trainee will have several tasks including
providing precise information
processing guests requests (parking, safe, etc.) in person, by phone, email or fax
translating documents and
elaborating tourist guides
He will be also able to correctly charge the customer
for the service rendered in a timely fashion and according to the response time standards
to square the cash balance at each shift change
as well as collecting the cash charged at reception at the close of a shift
And eventually to manage concepts and conversations in the service area of the reception/front office, and strengthen the Spanish language in the work context of the reception.
Fluent English and Spanish.
