Salary: Circa £27,000

We have two exciting opportunities available for Graduate Project Managers to join the Anglian Water Business (AWB) Transformation Team, based in Peterborough.

AWB is the non-household retail arm of Anglian Water and has been working closely with commercial businesses within the Anglian region and Scotland for a number of years.

Our business is continually growing, and we are approaching a very exciting and challenging time this year, as we prepare for further competition within our industry in 2017. Due to our expansion, we are looking for two project managers to join the team.

Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, the Graduate Project Manager will:

  • Provide project management support to the Business Transformation Manager and manage a number of change projects essential to retail separation
  • Develop and implement communication techniques and channels to facilitate buy-in to the retail separation programme and wider change process
  • Promote inclusion and facilitate business change by re-designing and managing the business r-evolution project

Requirements:

To be successful in your application you will have proven experience in a project management role and will be able to demonstrate skills in business improvement and implementation, project management tools and techniques, and monitoring KPIs. Ideally you will also have had exposure to commercial environments.

You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 degree, ideally in a business related discipline. You will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills; you will also have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Working as part of a newly created team a flexible, positive attitude is required.
