Job description

Fast approaching Property Management Company located in South-East London / Kent is now looking for a Junior Customer Service Administrator.

As you will be the main link between our Company and our Tenants, you must have an excellent telephone manner, and must be self-motivated with excellent communication and IT skills.

Your core task will be to lease with Tenants and make sure they are looked after. The day-to-day tasks can vary following the business needs, but mainly includes:

- Receiving calls from Tenants

- Lease with Authorities and Landlords if needed (via phone and email)

- Dealing with maintenance / stock requests and complaints

- Allocating jobs to the right Team Member or Contractor

- Maintaining all related records

- Booking appointments with Tenants, diary keeping

- Administrative duties such as memos, scanning, printing, data entry

You must be able to work individually but also be a great member of our office team, you must be able to follow your own initial and show outstanding time management and prioritizing skills. You will refer to the Office Manager but you must be able to work unsupervised.

You need to possess the following skills:

- Self-reliance and responsibility

- Good time management and organisation skills

- Keen eye to details

Minimum requirements:

- Experience in similar role

- Five GCSE’s (or equivalent) with a minimum of A in Math and English

- Excellent spoken English

- MS Office literacy

- References from previous Employers

- Right to stay and work in the UK

- Clear CRB records

- Available to start latest by the 1st of March

Business Administration / Customer Service related education and / or experience is preferable.

Terms of employment:

- Permanent contract with a probation period of 6 months

- Full time - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

- Start salary will be reviewed after probation(depending on performance)

- 28 days Holiday (Bank Holidays included)
