MDEC Sunderland (Doxford)
The Manual Data Entry Centres (MDECs) are an integral part of Royal Mail's automated mail processing systems. They provide support to the automated mail sorting systems by manually keying in information such as the postcode, which systems are unable to 'read'.

We are seeking a high volume of data entry clerks for Royal Mail Doxford this Christmas:
- Roles will start at the end of November and run for up to 5 weeks up until the Christmas week
- Pay rates are highly competitive and vary according to the shifts undertaken, ranging from £6.70 per hour to £8.80 per hour
- Candidates must be available for the duration of the booking and will only be considered after completing the induction training in late November
Hours of Work
- Night shifts only
- Shifts are ordinarily 7 hours long per day
- Please note that candidates must be over 18 years old to work Night shifts
