Exciting opportunity for a Graduate or a recruiter with a proven track record to join the lucrative medical devices recruitment market.

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be fully trained and given all the essential tools with which to become a recruitment expert. You will be expected to use multiple candidate attraction techniques, screening and vetting of candidate suitability for each and every live vacancy, building your own personal network of contacts within your specialism and preparing candidates for interviews. You will also provide expert advice on your specialist market once you have been given the tools, training and exposure to do so.

The Medical Device business was set up a year ago and due to its success they are looking for a further Consultant to continue to grow the desk, there is a lot of existing business and plenty of 'warm' leads.

Working hours are 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
