About the Role


We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Beauty to join our growing North America team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across luxury and premium beauty brands, managing high-end projects from concept to delivery, and driving business growth through trusted client partnerships.


What you'll do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities with top-tier beauty and luxury brands in the U.S. market.


  • Manage Custom Projects: Lead the full lifecycle of client projects — from brief selection to delivery — coordinating internal design, sourcing, and logistics teams, as well as external partners.


  • Protect Profitability: Work closely with procurement to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining healthy margins.


  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative and ethical solutions aligned with their brand vision.


  • Champion Sustainability: Collaborate with our design and innovation teams to promote eco-designed products and sustainable practices within the luxury sector.


  • Analyze & Report: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.


Desired profile

Who you are

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in beauty, luxury, or packaging industries.


  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.


  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.


  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and design.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
