1.The Candidate Will Be Required To Process Of Refund In Gds With The Accuracy Post Checking Fare Rules In The Gds. Also Have Knowledge Of Applying Refund In Bsp Link.

2.The Candidate Will Be Required Research & Clearance Of Adm/Acm, Should Have Good Understanding Of The Travel Business To Do Root Cause Determination Of Adms & Have E2e Understanding Of Bsp Settlement Process For The Appropriate Clearance Of Adm/Acm.

3.The Candidate Will Be Required To Clear Of Bsp Open Items Report Which Have Unmatched Transaction Post Reconciliation.

4. Candidate should have analytics mindset 5. Candidate should be able to analyse and produce reports and be able to identify and fix the gaps.

5.Candidate Has To Be Result Driven And Must Have Good Negotiation Skills To Close / Resolve Queries With Gds & Airline In A Timely Manner.

6.Self Starter With Ability To Multitask.

7. The Incumbent Shall Ensure Compliance With Sla And Other Internal Guidelines Of Policies Relating To The Business Area He/She Is Going To Handle And Must Be Quality Conscious.

8.The Incumbent Would Be Required To Consistently Understand And Exceed Customer's Requirements Whilst Ensuring Effective Team- Work At All Times. 9.The Incumbent Should Be Able To Maintain High Accuracy, Productivity Standards And Should Have High Willingness To Learn.

10.The Incumbent Should Have An Eye For Detail With High Focus On Quality And Controls.

11. Felxible to work in 24/7 enviorment

Desired profile

- Minimum of 12 months in current profile.

-Applicant should not be on counseling at the time of application.

-A minimum of G2 L2 rating in the last performance review.

Graduate With 1-3 Years Of Experience Travel Degree / Diploma Are An Added Advantage.

Knowledge Of GDS & BSP Is Required. Comprehensive Knowledge Of Fare Calculation Required Good Communication Skills Sound Analytical Skills Result Focus And Self-Driven High On Flexibility Basic Accounting Knowledge Is Desirable. Knowledge Of Ms-Excel Good On Multitasking And Time Management Knowledge Of Amex Travel Systems: Gmax / Ace / Formax Is Added Advantage. E2e Travel Process Knowledge Is Essential.
