Job description

At Plenti we are defining a new way to reward consumers for everyday loyalty by offering them personalized opportunities to shop and earn rewards. We are also looking at innovative ways to allow them to enjoy the benefits they've earned. The Manager will work closely with Plenti Marketing on the development and implementation of offer marketing strategies to drive marketing efficiency and consumer engagement with Plenti channels. This individual will have a broad knowledge of targeted marketing and customer segmentation, and have experience in the use of high volume decision systems for marketing.
Additional responsibilities will include business insight development to support campaign management, consumer segmentation, offer scoring, offer selection, and adhoc analytics.

Job Responsibilities:
· Transform and leverage data into clearly defined and executable marketing strategies for the US Loyalty Team (Plenti)
· Identify and articulate customer patterns in a meaningful way to drive value to loyalty members and partners
· Partner closely with Plenti partners, marketing and technology to personalize the customer experience across multiple channels
· Identify and leverage analytical insights and new technologies to increase customer loyalty
· Perform as a marketing analytics subject matter expert within Plenti and with Plenti partners
· Create adhoc analysis to support partner marketing needs including market analysis, share of wallet analysis, offer/campaign analysis, test analysis etc
· Design and implement test and learn strategies
· Maintain open lines of communication with leadership, partners, and stake holders in order to continuously evolve and improve consumer insights and offer marketing strategies

Desired profile

Required Skills/Qualifications:
·  Proven ability to interact effectively with business partners at multiple levels of the organization.
·  Proficiency with SQL is required, and experience with Oracle,Teradata, and big data technologies such as Pig/Hive preferred.
·  Proficiency in SAS programming required.
·  Experience working with Omniture data preferred
·  Ability to analyze and understand data, diagnose, research and drive resolution of data issues on very large data files.
·  Must be a self starter and drive key processes, while working well in a team environment as a key innovator and thought leader.
·  Ability to communicate in a clear and compelling manner, in both business and technical terms, to a variety of business partners, customers, and leadership.
·  Detail orientation with strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·  Highly customer-focused and results-oriented with proven ability to innovate.
·  Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to develop solutions to complex issues and drive results.
·  Experience in marketing analytics and CRM preferred
·  Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
