Desired profile

You have:-

·  Ability to communicate in at least two languages, English and C#
·  Ability to design, code, test, debug and compile source code into functional software builds
·  The knowledge to create, break and change databases, Oracle is cool but SQL Server is required
·  Agile skills and ability to carry out systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
·  Ability to communicate technical and product capabilities to business and technical users
·  High energy, sense of humour, mind set to learn from failures and celebrate success
·  Motivation to question the status quo and consistently improve processes and tools
·  Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field

You might also have:

·  Ability to communicate with machines in more than one language, ASP.NET MVC would be nice
·  Worked in developing software
·  Experience using Rally agile delivery management platform
·  Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
·  Advanced degree
·  Scrum Master Certification
