Job description
The American Express Platinum Card was launched in 1984 and still maintains its leadership position in the premium card marketplace, known for its wide range of travel and lifestyle perks and outstanding service. The Senior Analyst will be a core member of the Platinum Card Product Management Team, leading many critical responsibilities of the product portfolio. This individual will support the strategy for the Card value proposition and be responsible for supporting portfolio growth by focusing on profitability, net promoter score (NPS), and revenue goals. This is a great opportunity to build a diverse set of skills in the areas of strategy, brand management, value proposition development, customer experience and P&L management.
Job Responsibilities :
· Lead Platinum Image Library enhancements with agency team, including shot list, locations, and execution.
· Ensure as consistent Platinum branding and positioning throughout the Card member experience, including but not limited to list access approvals, creative reviews and other communication functions
· Lead Platinum Card Member contact strategy with cross functional team
· Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners such as OPEN, World Service, CTN, Concierge, Tech, GMS, Loyalty & Membership Benefits, and all Platinum lifecycle partners and coordinate regular updates with these partners as needed.
· Support customer research studies by partnering with GMPI
· Lead and consult on ad-hoc strategic and customer-focused initiatives to evolve the Platinum portfolio while maintaining margin and Card member satisfaction (NPS)
· Serve as team champion for Platinum budget management for ACU, OPEX, and SQP investments
