Job description
· Responsible for call monitor on Insurance Outbound Call Team to assure sales solicitation process in compliant with regulatory rule and internal guidance; prepare related QA reporting;
· Responsible for partial Insurance Customer Service and office administration work

Desired profile
· College/University degree
· Fluent in Chinese communication
· 1-3 years working experiences in Customer Service field; familar with PC/MS Office skill
· Own a General Insurance license is a plus
· 大學或專科畢業,熟悉 Excel, Word, Power Point。
· 1-3 年保險電話銷售中心或電話銷售監聽相關經驗。
· 備產物保險證照 (加分)
