Network Engineering and Optimization (NEO) is the place for you.

NEO leads market-specific and global initiatives that transform the customer experience by improving and reengineering Global Servicing Network processes in support of the Customer Engagement Network (CEN). We work with partners around the world in Marketing, Risk, Technologies, and others to deliver these enhancements in a timely manner.

We are looking for:
·  A highly motivated individual to join the NEO Inbound process engineering team, supporting the Customer Engagement Network (CEN)
·  Someone who can work on multiple initiatives at a time or as part of a team on larger projects and programs with goals based on tangible quantifiable outcomes
·  Thought leadership to identify new opportunities for increased productivity, enhance service levels, reduce costs, and increase revenue
·  Analytical skills to evaluate the feasibility of projects using financial or statistical tools
·  Communication skills to create and deliver robust proposals to gain buy-in/support
·  Passion for participating in the development and implementation of complex process improvements and capability development projects that enable Customer Care Professionals in the delivery of Extraordinary Customer Care at the right margins
·  Proven experience managing initiatives and defining the appropriate tasks to deliver on goals across diverse and geographically dispersed cross-functional teams

Desired profile

REQUIRED

·  Minimum of 3 years of work experience managing projects or driving engineering/process improvement
·  Strong project management, thought leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently
·  Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of processes
·  Ability to turn raw data into valuable business insights
·  Ability to clearly define tasks and projects to improve business metrics
·  Strong relationship-building and exceptional verbal and written skills
·  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
·  Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree

PREFERRED

·  Working knowledge of the Customer Engagement Network (CEN) in the Global Servicing Network process
·  Post-graduate degree (MBA or similar)
·  Six Sigma or PMP Certification
