Project Analyst – CFN Global Business Integration

Job description

This position will lead World Service initiatives to ensure integration of business changes in and to CFN (Customer Fulfillment Network)

• To support CFN by delivering Best-in-Class CCP and Customer environments, through effective change management, in the context of a complex servicing environment.
• To ensure our CCPs are adequately prepared for all Business-Driven Change Initiatives (New Products/Product Refreshes, Capabilities, Servicing Strategies, etc) and that communications reinforce our commitment to Relationship Care® in every interaction.
• By establishing & leveraging strong working relationships with project and change requestors, operations leaders and project partners, we're able to influence our partners to ensure that operational needs are accounted for and execution of initiatives is flawless.
• Potentially negative impacts minimized and opportunities to realize expected benefits maximized.
• Understanding of Project Management concepts and Quality tools is mandatory.
• Proactively identify gaps in Card Member & CCP servicing experiences [on projects – whether in Concept, Analyze, Design, Test or Launch phases]
• Provide strong subject matter expertise on products, policies, procedures, and servicing capabilities.
• Build & maintain basic reporting tools, leveraging data & analytics in Microsoft Excel & SharePoint
• Regularly provide project updates (timelines, milestones, risks, performance metrics ) to CFN & WS stakeholders
• Develop effective communications and consult on learning solutions that are tailored to CFN.
• Supporting CFN lines of business in their abilities to drive performance, and focus on operations management.
• Ensuring that Risk Mitigation and developing controls are central to everything we do when implementing and executing initiatives throughout CFN This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
• Project Management Certification (preferred).

Desired profile

Qualifications: •Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years of project management experience is required (Problem solving methodology, root cause analysis and CBA) • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS projects, Visio, MS Access) • Ability to influence others without direct authority and ability to challenge the status quo appropriately • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
