Onboarding Analyst

Job description

Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions
Ensure all orientation content is current and makes a quality first impression
Manages the 90 day on boarding Survey process
Works across all business units in the market to drive a One American Express on boarding experience
Drives a consistent employee experience for HR products and services through collaborating with CoEs and the Global Strategic Capabilities and Servicing function
Should be confident of handling the following:
• Ability to drive Process Excellence and Experience in HR Systems and Processes to create efficiencies and better end user experience

• Ability to Build strong relationships with other HR teams and the business

• Ability to analyze data

• Presentation Skills

• Ability to Manage People

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks

Desired profile

• 3+ years of relevant HR experience

• Strong understanding and experience in Human Resources

• Excellent knowledge of MS office package especially advanced Excel skills.

• People Leadership and relationship skills - within team , peers , superiors

• Ability to communicate effectively and ability to interface with people at all level

• Ability to work under stress and multitask at all times

• Ability to analyze data & Good Presentation Skills
