Job description

This position is responsible to manage the E2E relationship with our third party vendors in Insurance Services in order to grow NPIF and contribute on the business profitability.
The successful sales inplant must prove the ability to sales reports & sales indicators, to develop sales action plans focusing on working with sales oriented people and prioritize opportunities developing business strategies to acquired new customers that will provide long term profitability value for American Express.
The incumbent has to provide clear focus and direction into the sales vendors, giving coaching & feedback, training and coordination of the different sales dynamics.

Desired profile

Business Reports and key sales indicators
• Ensure the proper implementation of sales channel, improving the sales performance and defining sales action plans to improve the effectiveness and the results.
• Product & Sales operational trainings
• Sales executive's business support; Quality Monitoring, Coaching & Feedback.
• Create & implement channel commercial plans with AXA, ACE & Other insurance to set up the correct execution & relationship plan (dynamics, product campaigns, etc).
