· Timely And Error Free Processing Of All Corporate Card Applications By Ensuring Complete Analysis Of Available Data On Profile, Verification Inputs, Credit Bureau Inputs And Internal Policies.
· Analyze The Financial Statements Of A Company For Issuance Of Corporate Cards.
· Meet Key Performance Indicators And Sla For Card Approval.
· Support Corporate Sales Team With Operational Issues.
· Adhere To The Underwriting and processing Standards As Defined By The Bank, Quality And Compliance Guidelines .
· Assist Audit, Internal And Compliance Functions At Times Of Audits To Ensure All Control Issues Are Identified And Addressed.
· Provide Ongoing Feedback To The Data Capturing Vendor And Verification Unit Within The Team To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met.
· Support All Other Day-To-Day New A/C Processes ,Mis,Filing,Tracking Of Applications And All New Initiatives.
· Tele-Verification For New Card Prospect.
· Handling The E Mail Process & incomplete applications process In A Seamless Manner & Liasioning With Linkages/ Customers To Meet The Customer Group's Demand With Effective Communication.
· Support The In-House Verification Process. Initiate Process Improvements By Identifying Service Delivery Gaps And Offering Solutions For The Same And Maximizing First Contact Resolution.

· Graduates With Relevant Work Experience
· Self Motivated Individual With A Very Strong Results Orientation *Excellent Communication &Interpersonal Skills.
· Good Mis & Analytical Skills With Eye For Details.
· Working Knowledge Of Amex Systems – Swap, MYSU, and Globestar Preferred.
· Good Pc Skills - Ms Windows And Ms Access.
· Good Powerpoint & Presentation Skills.
· Reasonable Risk Orientation.
· High Degree Of Responsiveness And Ability To Manage Difficult Deadlines.
· Ability To Be Flexible And Resilient In The Face Of Changing Business Environment And Pressure From Customer Groups.
