Job description
The Business Systems Support team provides support and development of MIS including reporting, data analytics, and
ad-hoc analysis. We work directly with multiple groups that support Personal Savings products including auditors, tech
groups, project groups, operations, finance, marketing, customer experience, and business self test. The team both
provides data and explains the meaning behind data. In addition, we research potential issues and help determine
impacts and possible actions to prevent ongoing problems.
· Develop reporting leveraging a variety of capabilities to support Personal Savings Operations.
· Provide consultations and support to leadership around MIS, Dashboarding, and Performance Metrics.
· Manage report volumes and usage, audit MIS systems ensure they run efficiently.
· Production support for business units including researching issues,troubleshooting to root cause, and documenting business impacts.
· Act as a subject matter expert sharing technical expertise in using MIS capabilities Develop meaningful business drivers based on data analysis and business understanding Work closely with technology groups and vendors to resolve data issues, develop capabilities, and support strategies.
· Provide data and analysis to multiple audit groups both internal and external
Desired profile
· Experience in data analysis using multiple tools such as SQL, SAS, or R.
· Experience writing code to pull and analyze data.
· Experience with general programming a plus.
· Skilled in MS Office with expertise in Excel
· Ability to work directly with business users and translate their needs into results.
· Ability to clearly speak clearly about complex ideas and interface with leaders of all levels.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
· Excellent project planning, organization and follow-up skills.
· Strong analytic, quantitative and problem solving skills.
· Experience with MIS tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, SSRS a plus.
