Global Corporate Payments provides a range of card programs and expense management tools to help mid-size companies and large corporations around the world manage almost all facets of their business spending - from travel and meetings, to everyday office supplies and raw materials. These solutions deliver a number of benefits to our corporate customers including increased visibility into their business spending, added control, improved efficiency and cost savings. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of the spend stimulation (growth) strategy for Corporate Customers in Canada. This role will be responsible for the growth of customers of all sizes, managed by an account executive or in the unmanaged space. The marketing strategy will be comprehensive of the complete customer journey based on the tenure of the customer, starting with the on boarding experience, the growth strategies and the retention actions. Specifically, this role will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, needs, spend history and external (industry) trends to identify growth opportunities for our products and solutions and creating the marketing and contact strategy to capture those opportunities. For the account managed space, this role will provide analytics and tools for the account managers to understand opportunities in their customers and will define messages to deliver through customer calls/visits to uncover opportunities and capture growth opportunities. For the unmanaged space, this role will define the digital contact strategy with relevant messages through different contact channels to increase customer growth. Desired profile
· University degree in business administration, marketing or similar careers. MBA a plus
· At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing strategies focused on revenue growth
· Exceptional analytical and strategic skills
· Strong communications skills
· Strong digital marketing knowledge. Salesforce.com marketing cloud a plus
· Strong ability to drive results and winning strategies; not afraid to challenge the status quo
· Results-oriented
· Strong Interpersonal/influence management skills with the ability to work across business units, executive levels and diverse functions
· The ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
· Ability to operate independently and proactively
· Strong financial acumen and budget management
