Job description

Marketing Analyst for the Global Application Experience & Engagement team is a challenging and exciting position within the Integrated Marketing Solutions organization, and will play a pivotal role in transforming the digital application experience across international markets. This role will support Product Owners in the creation of new application experiences to improve conversion rates. Responsibilities include:
· Optimize the digital application experience and increase submission and approval rates.
· Research application journey metrics through SiteCatalyst, TeaLeaf and other web analytics tools to identify opportunities.
· Work with 3rd party UX/UI agencies to develop and test enhanced application journeys.
· Partnering with World Service, Risk, Compliance, market & central enablement teams, across the globe to identify capability & process enhancements.
· Support Enablement Product Owner Product for global markets, including digital signature & document upload capabilities.

Experience partnering across business units and time zones to drive medium and large scale capability initiatives
