Job description

This role is in the Global Prospect Platforms team within Global Information Management and is responsible for driving positive value for customers, partners and shareholders through best-in-class analytics. As Manager on this team, you will support Personal Savings with strategic analytics, targeting, and forecasting related to their acquisition and loyalty initiatives. As Personal Savings marketing is primarily digitally focused, experience with digital data and test design is especially desirable.

Desired profile

A successful candidate will have:

·  A passion for working with data and solving complex business problems
·  Experience manipulating and extracting business insights from extremely large, complex datasets
·  Exceptional strategic thinking skills
·  Strong verbal / written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team to drive results
·  Programming experience in database (SAS and SQL), dynamic/scripting (Python and R), or big data (Hadoop: Hive, Pig, Java) languages preferred
·  Experience with experimental design, predictive modeling, multi-touch attribution, segmentation techniques and digital analytics

Educational Requirements:
·  Masters required or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, statistics, applied disciplines) preferred
·  Candidates with an MBA and 2+ years of professional experience in a quantitative field will also be considered
