Responsibilities :

· To provide personalized and pro active service to our discerning and high net worth clients.
· Catering to their needs from last minute restaurants booking, concert ticket booking, access private events , as well as fulfilling every unusual request and successful connecting business all over the world
· Source of diverse information from suggesting luxury, unique to provide tailored alternative option should the first option is not available
· Ensure accurate and complete records of bookings
· Offer extraordinary and flawless service where no request will be too large or impossible
· Take great pride in your work and enjoy going above and beyond to service your client
· Be professional and knowledgeable
· To go above and beyond for every clients request

Desired profile

· A strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering ‘EXCELLENT' service
· Hospitality industry experience (minimum 3-5 years)
· Knowledge of luxury products, local and International establishments
· Ardent follower of sporting events
· Passion for arts and entertainment
· Creative and pro active in problem solving skills
· Excellent and verbal communication skills in English
· Computer savvy
· Must be an excellent team player, willing to drive team results
· Be patient and able to work under pressure
· Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift work environment
