The HR Reporting Analyst role will be part of the HRIS Reporting team, responsible for the development and advancement of reporting and analytics, as well as support on managing activities within our risk framework. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularly Cognos, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing requests received through the Adhoc Tool and building custom reports where required
• Production of manual recurring reports
• Conducting quarterly audits on the regular reports tracker
• Responding to queries received through the shared mailbox
• Support on Employee Enterprise Training tracking, Business Continuity Plan coordination, Data Loss prevention, and User Access Review Tracking
• Working in a team environment and providing support to other team members

Desired profile
Qualifications :
• 2 – 3 years of experience with BI Tools (Cognos preferred)
• Proficient with Excel
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Effectively works independently within a team construct, while supporting teamwork and achievement of team objectives
