Part time position.

· Responsible for ensuring effective board and committee participation for Global servicing network, within American Express Services Europe Limited, Amex Spain and Amex France
· Ensures ORE's' and CAPs for GSN are appropriately escalated to AESEL ORC and Board
· Manage a series of regulatory and control projects for GSN across International for individual markets and Credit reference Agencies
· Ensuring GSN processes are Compliant with both internal Amex Policies and external regulations as laid out by GCO and compliance
· Co-ordinating International strategic projects across GSN

Desired profile

Required skills:

·  Experience in ensuring effective board and committee participation for GSN within AESEL, Amex Spain and Amex France is essential
·  Good understanding of FCA Regulation, SEPA & Acquirer industry, EU and Market Data privacy
·  Strong understanding of the AET (SAR), TLM, TSM, Legal & Compliance procedures
·  Strong Project management skills to drive Governance
