Job Description:
This role involves the processing of German credit card applications which customers submitted to American Express
The role is divided into customer servicing and analyst role; supporting customers through the application process as well as processing and analysing the applications. This includes different administrative tasks (80%) as well as calling customers (20%).
Responsibilities for the New Accounts role include:
· Working in a flexible work environment
· Responsibility for upholding the Data Protection and Privacy Act for our Customers.
· Responsible for updating systems accurately and efficiently.
· Delivering excellent customer service over the phone
· Processing administrative tasks for pending applications
· There may be the opportunity to expand your knowledge and also support different markets
Operating hours for this position:
Shift Monday to Friday 09:30am – 5:30pm
(Overall Department Hours Monday to Friday 07:00am – 20:00pm; Saturday 09:00am – 17:00pm)

Desired profile
Required skills:
· Fluent in both German and English Language (fluency in other European Languages an advantage).
· Both written and verbal communication skills in German are required.
· High degree of accuracy and ability to multitask effectively.
· Proven ability to deliver a high Productivity and Quality work under minimum supervision.
· Ability to listen and connect to customers during outbound call conversations.
· Advanced computer / keyboarding skills – Microsoft Office suite knowledge an advantage
