The Bilingual New Accounts analyst is responsible for analyzing applications using tools to ensure strong adherence to all AML and Risk processes and procedures. While the analyst would asses applications for Risk and AML requirements, the individuals should have a strong customer care ethos to engage, influence and drive Relationship Care. The individual will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls on accounts while maintaining a professional working relationship between American Express and the customer. This individual must be effective at delivering difficult messages to customers while maintaining the Amex Brand, a good team environment and drive results to ensure the team's success.

Desired profile

·  Customer Service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and strong written and verbal communication.
·  Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
·  Demonstrated ability to influence and be resourceful
·  Consultative experience
·  Creative problem-solving and eager to find customized solutions
·  Preferred candidates will have prior experience in Risk and Credit Analysis.
·  High school diploma or equivalent required
·  Bilingual - French/English proficiency required
