The Global Network and Internal Card Services International Consumer Products & Experiences team is responsible for driving end to end product management and development for our Classic Centurion Line Products (Green, Gold, Platinum and Centurion) as well as New Product Development, Blue Box Line Product Development and management and development of our core product communication channels and Publishing assets in close partnership with regional and local markets and stakeholder groups.
We are seeing an exceptional Executive Assistant who will provide primary support to the Vice President/GM, Head of Int'l Consumer Products & Experiences at our head office in London. As part of this fantastic opportunity you will be responsible for the following:
· Extensive diary management
· Handling sensitive correspondence and communication for Senior Management
· Managing payroll/expenses and departmental supply needs
· Demonstrating leadership and collaboration with other Executive Assistants across the business
· Managing and maintaining operating expenditure undertaking analysis and reporting
· Coordination of a significant number of external partner contacts, communications and meetings
· Co-ordinating and managing divisions HR activities
· Arranging complex worldwide travel and international meetings, board meetings and workshops
· Production of correspondence and presentations to a high level of detail
· Occasional support of other Senior Executives visiting London
· Any ad-hoc projects as required

· Full Coordination of Bi-annual Board meetings for Lifestyle magazines
· Experience in fast paced, dynamic environment; comfortable working in matrixed organisation
· Experienced in executing customer communications, ideally on a Pan-Regional, International basis
· Strong relationship and influencing skills
· Extensive experience of working with external Agencies
· Extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail and quality
· Strong customer orientation, able to understand & interpret internal/external constituent needs
· Ability to collaborate across groups and influence others, internally & externally
· Innovative and creative thinker, prepared to challenge status quo and find creative solutions to problems
· Self starter, motivated to drive results
· Strong organisational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight timeframes.
· Highly polished, seasoned professional who is comfortable working with High profile external client contacts, as well as coordinating Senior internal meetings.
· Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - Amex experience preferred
