Job Description :
Set up meetings through outlook calendar Set up meetings, reserve meeting rooms Communicate both internally and externally through emails Arrange domestic and international business trips Make reports and create PowerPoint documents Submit monthly expense report Make appointments, meet and greet clients through emails, phone calls and in person Order stationery, name cards, PCs, ect for the team members Communication in English with team members and clients.
