Job description

Support in the Development of Digital Marketing campaigns and communications, . Its first objective is to help increase the awareness our CMs currently have of insurance as an industry and generate the top of mind that we are insurance providers that can offer unique insurance products that complement their lifestyle with the brand promise of our superior service and that they're products operated by important and respected carriers. As a second objective is to give support in the activities to increase Acquisition of insurance products offered by AMEX, and in alliance with PAYBACK, through Digital initiatives that support Web and TKM channels. Innovation, vendor management, time scheduling, complying with AMEX processes, driving results & effective management control is imperative. • Give support in the Management of CM oriented Marketing Campaigns End to End • Get involve and participate actively in with internal processes such as: Agency Briefing, Governance, RAPIC, ARB, Insurance carrier approval, PAYBACK approval, vendor management, tracking results and Website optimization. • Get involved in developing Digital Communication strategy, as well as Social Media management, SEO, SEM and retargeting campaigns. • Support NPD launches • Give support in the development and site enhacements, both Insurance BAU and Insurance with PAYBACK. • Strong cooperation with 3rd party providers – vendors whenever support is needed
