The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and tactical support to Acquisition team members and Leaders and deliver on Acquisition projects, goals and business outcomes within the Australia and New Zealand Global Merchant Services team.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting Acquisition portfolio pipeline requirements and updates within internal systems

• Lead generation sourcing and analysis, prospect engagement communication materials

• Acquisition reporting development and communication

• Process review and analysis of key pipeline and signings results to develop insights and areas of focus

• Managing Operating, Technical and Advertising budget requirements

• Supporting Acquisition projects designed to deliver optimized processes and effectiveness to the Acquisition Channel

Desired profile

• Analytical skills, in particular, the ability to work with large amounts of data to extract information and draw conclusions.

• Exceptional communication skills. Ability to deliver complex information to audiences with limited prior knowledge.

• Ability to review, document and implement process and solutions

• Demonstrated ability to critically assess business needs and identify opportunities for positive change.

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver results

• Strong time management and excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks (high energy environment)

• Strong MS Office knowledge - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• CRM tool / SalesForce knowledge favourable
