Business Development Analyst

Job description

The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for manage partner relationships across the Latin-American region and support the Regional strategic planning process.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for identifying incremental business opportunities and delivering all key financial and growth targets, leading and implementing key initiatives to drive partner and market share growth; working closely with bank partners' teams to deliver outstanding card value propositions, marketing plans and investments to deliver high spending customers onto the AXP network and drive market share growth.

The Business Development Analytics will be also responsible for establishing and executing processes to capture all relevant data to monitor business performance, investments and consolidate competitive information from stakeholders, including agencies in order to analyze potential impact on business plans and drivers.

Travel - 35%

Desired profile

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services or payments industry

• Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with internal and external partners

• Excellent interpersonal skills required

• Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and partners

• Proven track record of delivering results in matrixed environment

• Strong project management with solid analytical and presentations skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written)

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

• Fluency in Excel; fluency in PowerPoint a plus

• Good level of understanding of the card market and competitive environment

• International travel required (35%)

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
