Job description

Enterprise Growth Servicing (EGS), a part of World Service, delivers servicing and operations solutions to Enterprise Growth (EG). Enterprise Growth is a fast growing, global payments business responsible for the innovation, design, development, marketing and sales of the American Express portfolio of global prepaid products (Serve, Bluebird, Gift Cards, Travelers Cheques etc). The business analyst position will monitor employee actions in the customer servicing tools used in Enterprise Growth. You will identify, monitor, and resolve issues, to limit potential losses to both Customers and American Express. A key component of this job is to monitor, analyze and trend data. The successful candidate will utilize internal software systems and work closely with leadership and other business contacts to minimize potential losses, while securing a strong customer service relationship. This team interacts with multiple levels of leadership, presents findings based on data analysis, recommends process and procedure updates and also is a key participant in monthly dashboard creation. Communication skills with the team and escalation of issues are extremely important to deliver clear and consistent messages.

Desired profile

• Skill and computer proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Previous experience with process monitoring preferred
• Strong analytical skills; with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify key trends
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Applicant must have ability to handle confidential information and interact with all levels of management and staff as appropriate
• Ability to perform and exceed expectations in a change intensive environment required, along with some flexibility in scheduling
• High attention to detail
• Motivated, takes initiative to look for process improvements
• Ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced, collaborative, team that is multi-location based.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and positively to a constantly changing business environment
