Each day, we make it easier, safer and more rewarding for consumers and businesses to purchase the things they need and for merchants to sell their goods and services, enabling them to do and achieve more.

We're committed to becoming the world's most respected service brand and daily deliver extraordinary service to our customers, constantly reinventing our ways of working to ensure we offer rich rewards that redefine expectations for our clients and ourselves.

The Lending team within the UK GNICS organization manages product and portfolio management of our proprietary credit cards. This is a dynamic role which incorporates working with one of UK GNICS' most successful products, Platinum Cashback, as well as supporting all product marketing activities across the consumer proprietary credit card portfolio. This role provides the opportunity for the candidate to partner with teams across the American Express network to drive results.

In this role you will execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, working with multiple teams within American Express. Being part of this successful and dynamic team, you will need to remain up to date with the changing competitive landscape, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. You will be sizing potential opportunities, forecasting campaign results and tracking downstream results, so strong business acumen and an analytical mind are absolutely key.

The role offers the opportunity to focus on developing new strategies and capabilities to grow the lending business and enhance the customer experience. We are looking for someone who is able to drive ongoing optimisation and innovation across acquisition channels and campaigns to maximise efficiencies and results. You will also act as Product champion and work with our Customer Servicing organisation, ensuring that our customer facing employees have all the product knowledge needed to provide the exceptional customer service our cardmembers expect.

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
