Job description

Consumer Marketing Services (CMS) organization is responsible for marketing for all US consumer charge and credit products including acquisition of new members, deepening engagement in early tenure, loyalty marketing for tenured members and retention efforts spanning all channels.

The Digital Partner Marketing & Engagement Team within CMS is focused on driving spend, digital engagement and brand relevance through innovative marketing and servicing strategies featuring Membership Rewards and priority digital partners and merchants.

The incumbent will support marketing efforts to deepen Card Member engagement with key partners, e.g., Uber, to drive spend and loyalty. This is a great role for a strategic marketer who is looking to showcase strategic thought leadership, drive innovative marketing and lead marketing execution at American Express.

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve as core team member that will help define the go-to-market strategy for Partner Marketing initiatives, e.g., Uber partnership

· Partner with internal stakeholders and partner marketing teams to design the most impactful marketing collateral and communications, driving response and engagement

· Serve as central point of contact for creative approvals; partner with GCO, Compliance and

· Brand and support ongoing creative submissions

· Manage end to end campaign execution

· Track results and compile actionable learnings that will inform future Marketing strategies
