Sales & Marketing trainee (m/f)

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing trainee (m/f) to join our Wilson Sporting Goods team in European Racket and Team Headquarter located in Garching near Munich, Germany starting in December 2015 or January 2016.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:During your 6 months mandatory internship you will support and work closely with Business Unit Wilson for rackets, apparel, footwear and teamsports in following areas:

• Marketing and retail activities
• Media campaigns
• Trade shows, sales meetings and other events
• PR, retailer and consumer requests
• Creation of presentations
• International communication
• Translation of product texts

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Ongoing studies in (sports) management, marketing or communication
• Mandatory internship
• Interest in marketing and sales
• Enthusiasm for sports, particularly background in tennis
• Fluent English skills required, German skills a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Thorough in planning and organizing
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and research
• Team player
