EU Workforce Staffing Team - Web Development Internship

We are looking for a talented Web Development (Front-end) intern to help manage and improve our website related to high volume hiring across the EU.

You will be given the chance to have a significant impact on our product and most importantly, our customers. This is a great opportunity for you to become part of the EU workforce staffing (WFS) Employer Branding and Marketing team, for a new strategic business initiative that is going to improve the customer experience for thousands of applicants.

You will be supporting the team in improving the design and UX on our main website to attract new hourly associates across Europe.
The successful candidate for this role will be a fast learner and an innovative thinker. Additionally, is never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing online marketing environment. The location of the role is in Berlin, Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of Amazon.jobs website
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders
- Assist with developing and launching a digital marketing campaigns
- Improve customer experience on EU WFS marketing landing pages

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or similar
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Proven experience in working with web-based products
- Verbal and written fluency in English, other languages a plus
