Prime Video is changing the way millions of people watch movies, TV shows and Live TV, with an incredible selection of titles available to watch across web, mobile devices, and hundreds of Internet-connected TVs, Blu-Ray players, and set top boxes. This is an exciting time in video entertainment, with new business models and innovative experiences emerging. Prime Video is on the forefront of disrupting the video entertainment industry with a growing catalog of content including new release Movies and TV Shows, back catalog favorites, Live sports and events, and self-published indie titles.

Design is at the center of this innovation at Prime Video. As a UX Designer for Prime Video, you will collaboratively work with a team of designers, researchers, and design technologists to create, refine, and explore ways in which our customers discover & consume Prime Video. In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll drive UX design from early-stage concepts all the way through final delivery and launch. You'll work closely with UX leadership, product management, engineering, and executive leadership across Prime Video and beyond.

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX designer with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions. Ideal candidates are self-starters who bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. They are responsive, flexible, and thrive in collaborative work environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyze UX problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals
· Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
· Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups throughout the design process
· Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
· Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership
· Collaborate with designers in Amazon Video and beyond on common UX systems design
Proactively mentor and develop other Designers

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of design experience
· An available online portfolio
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
· 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar
