DESCRIPTION

Amazon.com is looking for high-judgment individuals to join us as a Product Quality Investigator, to evaluate merchant accounts and safeguard Amazon's global marketplaces.

Some of the responsibilities of a Product Quality Investigator include:
· Process third party reports of Counterfeit, Trademark and other Intellectual Property issues.
· Investigate suspicious merchant activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon.com, our buyers, or other merchants.
· Correspond with Rights Owners and other entities to make informed decisions about their reports.
· Achieve productivity and quality standards for investigations.
· Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· A background in compliance, trademark or copyright laws, risk investigations, and counterfeit detection or equivalent.
· Bachelor degree or equivalent.
· 2+ years relevant operations work experience.
· Flexibility with working hours and ability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays weekly.
· Fluent in English, and also French or Italian
