They work alongside their direct reports and run the business by managing day to day operations, contributing to financial success, building and leading great teams, and creating a unique consumer experience by driving customer centric events and promotions.
Some of the position's key responsibilities include:
· Leads and develops 3-4 associates by embodying Amazon principles.
· Creates efficient weekly labor schedule considering event hours, sales volume requirements and merchandising needs.
· Performs day-to-day operations, including opening and closing functions, setting up promotions, interacting with customers and fulfilling orders.
· Handles all administrative aspects of the business: managing inventory, technology updates and asset management.
· Develops new ways to create memorable customer experiences by developing creative event promotions that enables the business to meet and exceed the business plan.
· Ensures positive customer experience by executing high quality, engaging events.
· Partners with product, business and marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback into marketing plan and product roadmap.
· Proactively reviews customer feedback, root causes concerns and develops a plan to mitigate the issues.
· Measures customer experience, performance, concessions, provides feedback, and holds team accountable for their performance.
· Demonstrates model behavior as Amazon brand ambassador and is a consumer evangelist.
Troubleshoots on-site, ensuring all inventory is accounted for, working properly and replacing any malfunctioning products as necessary.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2 years Amazon experience or 4 year accredited degree
· 3+ years' experience building and leading retail teams of 2 or more
· Experience in promotional event creation and execution
· Experience in role responsible for personal interactions with customers on a daily basis
· Ability to lift up to 49lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
· Possess a valid driver's license and pass Amazon Motor Vehicle Check.
· Able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, meeting customer needs, including nights and weekends
