Amazon Information Security (InfoSec) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive Information Security Awareness across the company. Amazon InfoSec owns the protection of our customers' and Amazon's most sensitive information. We define the security requirements to protect customer data, enforce those requirements, and drive security best practices throughout the enterprise. Through the InfoSec Training, Awareness and Outreach (TAO) team, we share these best practices and evangelize security across Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving initiatives designed to focus the company on the importance of Information Security. You will monitor and manage the development of training programs and awareness campaigns. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify new training opportunities. You will work with internal and external organizations to place our security content at their shows and events. You will build collaborative relationships across Amazon to identify new channels for awareness, and define and implement solutions that improve the effectiveness of our Information Security Awareness campaigns.

Specifically you will:
· Program manage Information Security training engagements
· Design and implement creative Awareness campaigns
· Design and develop training courses
· Support learners through the Thinking Cap Learning Management System

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong written and oral communication skills
· 4+ years developing training courses for corporate users
· 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence in program execution
· Demonstrated ability to work with and manage project teams and project stakeholders
· Experience with Learning Management Systems, training tools and training development
