As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for aggressively growing the AWS customer base. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully acquire new customers and maintain relationships across a defined set of customers. A successful candidate will maintain active engagement with customers and prospects as well as consistently meet and exceed team objectives. The Territory Manager role is done over the phone, email, 1 to many sessions, and F2F meetings. The Territory Manager focuses to scale business, deliver results with new customer acquisition, and develop momentum of business with prospecting . A single Territory Manager can manage one or more territories; in conjunction with AWS partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue and market share in assigned accounts and territories
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
· Develop and execute against business plan.
· Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
· Accelerate customer adoption.
· Maintain a robust customer pipeline.
· Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
· Ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of professional work experience related to inside sales, field sales, business development, or pre-sales in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
· Advanced customer relationship skills with proven records
· Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
· Ability to learn quickly
· Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
· Forecast the territory performance per month against goals.
· Participate in customer follow up and account planning
· BA/BS degree or relevant experience
· Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
