Title: Technical Training Specialist III

Worksite: Jersey City, New Jersey

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver training courses which incorporate AWS's strategy, mission and technology with sales and business development methodologies to employees and partners. Conduct employee and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning. Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content. Provide content and class feedback to course developers to raise bar on curriculum quality. Mentor and train internal instructors as part of a train the trainer program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Education or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: delivering business focused and technology related training; experience with Cloud and Distributed computing concepts; and experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools. Required domestic/international travel up to 60%. Telecommuting up to 100%.
