Are you passionate about solving business problems on behalf of Customers? Blink's Technical Customer Support team is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to help unlock insights which will take the business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand and improve the customer experience for Blink Home Security. Candidate will be curious and comfortable digging deep into data to understand consumption of content and products, identifying insights that will enable us to expand the impact of our business. They will be able to retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as an outstanding business acumen. The ideal candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, and can partner with business leaders to answer key business questions.

Responsibilities:
· Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on the key drivers of our business
· Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements to meet business needs
· Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
· Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
· Analyze historical and customer segmentation data to identify trends and insights
· Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
· Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
· Effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, using verbal, written and presentation skills.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related field
· 5+ years experience as a business analyst, BI engineer, data analyst or statistical analyst analyzing large data sets, drawing insights, and clearly communicating them to stakeholders and senior management
· 3+ years experience using data analysis tools including Excel and any data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Good Data, etc.
