Description:

Amazon, one the world’s leaders in e-commerce, is expanding its Vendor Success Program (VSP) department within Bratislava and looking for a talented Team Manager to join our BTS Retail Account Management (RAM) team, with responsibility for the EU Vendor Training & Internal Training programs. You will work alongside of the EU VSP/Retail leadership teams, global program managers and other business stakeholders to directly impact internal and external training value proposition.

As a Team Manager, you will own and enhance vendor-training impact across the Amazon EU Retail Vendor Central platform, which includes new training content delivery roadmap, launching programs to enhance vendor-training experience, drive training adoption and finally, support vendors in leveraging Amazon tools to maximize their business potential to become self-sufficient. Additionally, you will own internal Account Managers training responsibility, adopting and selecting suitable vendor manager curriculums and driving sustainable skill & knowledge improvement across the RAM BTS team. All this by leading 5-7 specialized team members across internal and external vendor training.

The successful candidate will:
- Lead a team of 5 to 7 team members specialized across learning content/instructional design creation, internal training and account management skill
- Have passion for people, people development and an exemplary performance track-record, with ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment
- Own and drive the Vendor Central Training (VCT) EU VSP program, new training content creation, VCT process improvement
- Be accountable for tracking and achieving key VCT KPIs
- Have responsibility for the internal account management training process, design and run skill and knowledge improvement programs to impact business results
- Partner and collaborate with regional and global product management groups, training teams and stakeholders to drive & deliver on core values and objectives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with instructional design process and practices
- Experience with leading and developing effective continuous internal training process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
- Fluent level of English; additional language advantage
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in people management, strength in people development
- Experience with managing projects with regional complexity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful in difficult situations
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill
