Responsibilities Include:
· Interface with Demand and Supply Planning team to ensure Forecast is shared with all the vendors
· Establish procurement order stream to match supply with demand
· Proactively obtain quotes from all vendors and work with analytics team to upload the quotes in timely manner
· Ensure Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders are created based on the demand with in the SLA
· Should be able to accommodate working across different time zones, since the team is based in APAC and EMEA
· Work closely with ODMs and suppliers for addressing material shortage escalations and remove roadblocks and operational friction
· Ensure continuity of supply, driving necessary and timely action for potential supply issue, strong alignment with Global supply management teams and ODMs
· Manage EOL, Last Time Buys, MOQ’s and MPQs processes
· Addressing day to day tactical and strategic supply chain issues
· Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders to Procurement and Fulfill the spares requirement
· Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
· Work with multiple stakeholder teams to jointly solve problems and implementing standards
· Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and a passion for driving process improvement.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
· Experience in program managing complex projects
· Experience leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated/refined
· Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
· Proficiency with Purchasing tools (Coupa, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or any ordering tools, etc.)
· Experience working with distributed teams across different regions

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.
· 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Procurement and Fulfillment or in-stock management, Forecast, Demand, or Supply Planning area
· 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Excel or basic SQL skills
