DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Analyst works within the Manufacturing Operations team to support stakeholders managing eero’s EMS suppliers, Forward and Reverse Logistics, and Planning. The Supply Chain Analyst will manage the team’s Procure to Pay process, implement and enforce scalable processes to support eero’s growth, and recommend data backed optimizations to our supply chain to save cost and improve service. We’re looking for a candidate with a highly analytical mind, has experience with systems and large data sets, and is constantly thinking about how to make things work better. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience and visibility into the end to end workings of a complex international supply chain, and being able to influence its growth.

What this person will do:

Act as a buyer for the manufacturing operations team by owning the Procure to Pay process with our Manufacturing Partner vendors - Placing and managing Purchase Orders, Receipts, Auditing Invoices
Create and run business intelligence reports to inform decision makers
Perform analysis on supply chain data sets, including inventory, returns, cost files, E&O. Propose recommendations to improve cost and SLAs.
Contribute to identifying, scoping and implementing system automation to support scalable business processes.
Create and manage parts in eero’s business systems databases
Act as first point of escalation for managing order exceptions
Document and enforce eero policy and procedures with supply chain partners.

· Master's Degree

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (Netsuite a plus)
· Experience managing large data sets
· Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
· Excellent analytical and project management skills
· Able to collaborate well with people both inside and outside the company
· Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
