DESCRIPTION

Audio Ads is an exciting new program under the Multi-Channel Advertising org that is pioneering new experiences to help brands (sellers, vendors, influencers) to have a presence on digital audio services. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers across our owned and operated and other leading high-quality services across millions of Alexa, mobile and desktop devices. As the Sr. Program Manager on Audio Advertising, you will thread and lead strategic initiatives across multiple sales, product, engineering and operations teams within the Advertising organization, and also partner with teams in Amazon Music and Alexa. In this role, you play a leadership role for your team by managing scope, schedule, cost, resourcing and risk and define and execute order-of-operations for the Audio Advertising business program. You will oversee multiple product initiatives, manage difficult trade-off decisions and drive consensus with leadership and partners.

Key responsibilities include:
· Develop, standardize or maintain business program processes, methodology and technology.
· Develop relationships and processes with sales, finance, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
· Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.
· Own road map, vision, metrics, goals and performance of the program and represent in monthly reviews, WBRs, QBRs and other meetings
· Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps.
· Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
· Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
· Recognize and use advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems
· Balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences for creative partners
· Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products
· Experience in the digital advertising or marketing space
· Ability to lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
· Handle multiple contending priorities in an energizing environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· 5+ years experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
· Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
· 5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
· Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
· Experience defining and executing against program requirements
