Amazon Worldwide Advertising is one of Amazon's fastest growing and most profitable businesses. The Advertising Console Product and Technology team is a group of creative individuals whose vision is to make the Amazon Advertising Console (AAC) the most loved and used tool for all advertisers to market and grow their businesses, brands, and products to a global customer base. The AAC is a collection of federated applications that combine to form the face and brand of Amazon Advertising. We provide building blocks (software, processes, and tools) enabling teams across Amazon to deliver applications and features that integrate seamlessly within the larger suite of advertiser products, providing a cohesive and intuitive experience for advertisers worldwide on any device.
As the Senior Product Manager of Advertiser Analytics on the Advertising Console, you will own the roadmap, strategy, and delivery of critical features to enable our internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences for advertisers. Specifically, you will own and grow our suite of telemetry and analytics tools, enabling experimentation and measurement capabilities to provide deep insights into advertiser needs. You will drive high quality UX for internal tools, support a toolset that drives a multibillion dollar business, and interact with a diverse set of stakeholders across our advertising business, including engineers, scientists, product managers, and senior leaders. You will deliver crisp messages, drive timely feature launches, and work to craft collaborative solutions to complex problems.
Ideal candidates for this role will love solving thorny problems and diving deep. They are most excited when they are shipping software. They answer questions with data. They are an ally of engineers rather than a boss. They live in their customers’ shoes and most of what they say starts and ends with the customer. They are pragmatic, demonstrate high judgment, and are able to communicate effectively, articulating trade-offs eloquently, with stakeholders and partners of varying levels of technical depth.

Job Responsibilities include:
· Own feature definition, roadmap development and prioritization
· Grow and enhance our suite of telemetry and analytics products
· Meet with internal customers and convert their feedback into concrete product improvements and milestones.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
· Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels.
· MBA or Master’s Degree in a technical field.
· Superior verbal and written communications skills.
· High attention to detail with proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
· 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
· 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, technology or digital sector including 2+ years of product management experience
· Demonstrable experience in product management, advertising, marketing or business operations
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large products and projects on tight deadlines
· Ability to establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goals
· Experience shipping software and in the SDLC
